08 Finca Mozonte

Nicaragua, our first washed only coffee, our first with Java variety, a very floral coffee with notes of bergamot, fig, golden kiwi.

The area where the Mozonte farm is located is called Bayuncun, San Fernando, uite difficult to access due to rough roads, but this is compensated by marvellous mountain views. The owner has implemented agricultural practices to preserve the ecosystem. They grow the varieties java, parainema , catuai rojo and caturra below shade provided by Pine, Banana, Orange and Guava trees.
