Guatemala, a coffee from Isauro Solares is our third coffee which we would like to present. HATYSA is the star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Isauro in his farm La Cabaña located in the region of Fraijanes. He cultivates unique coffees grown under shade in mineral-rich volcanic soils. Hatysa VKI is characterised by high cup cleaniness, sweetness and perfect uniformity. High acidity is combined with balanced and creamy body.
